Hello! My name is Tomie and/or JustBeingBored~!
I'm 23 and am attempting to art, my pronouns are she/her. I am starting up work again and have a dog who loves attention so it may take me a while to do commissions. I work when I can and enjoy drawing your characters! I am still new to taking commissions and may give wrong time estimates as I don't know my speed just yet~ But I will be sure to keep you updated on progress and time frame!

Important Information

I may use the artwork I create to promote my work. Paid commissions will include a watermark.
Always credit me as the artist (@justbeingbored on DA, FA, and ToyHouse).
Provide a clear, unshaded reference to your character’s colors.
You may not resell the artwork for more than you paid unless additional art is included.
Be respectful when communicating with me.
Please don’t spam messages—I’ll update you when I can! If I haven’t responded in 24 hours, feel free to check-in.
I have the right to refuse and/or refund a commission for any reason.
Position in queue will prioritize ‘owed’ art. Owed art is what has been ‘paid’ for, meaning money or art-trades. These will be placed at top of queue, over free/gift/personal art.
PayPal payments must be sent as “Goods and Services.” Chargebacks are not allowed once the commission is complete.
Commercial use is not included by default. If you want to use the artwork commercially, message me for pricing details.
You may make edits to custom characters, but they must still be recognizable.
Refund Policy:
Full refunds are only available if I haven’t started the commission.
Partial refunds may be given after sketch phase begins.
Refunds will be denied once the lining/coloring phase starts.
Full to Partial Refunds for unforseen/emergency situations will be handled case by case.

Payment:
Commissions under $50 must be paid in full before I start.
For commissions over $50, you can either pay in full upfront or split the payment—half at the start and half upon completion.
Queue & Turnaround Time:
I will update you on your place in the queue.
Turnaround time is usually 1-7 days, but this may vary. Check Trello for updates.
Work Process:
Sketch Phase: I will send a sketch and can make multiple edits to better match your character. I may also provide color/pattern options.
Line Art Phase: Once the line art is done, you can request up to two small edits (such as color changes, pattern tweaks, or minor line adjustments). Larger edits or extra revisions will require an additional fee.
Final Delivery: Once complete, I will send you the final PNG file.

Typically 3-7 days is the average turnaround time. It varies on how much work I have, how much art is in queue, and how much time I have to draw. I have a job, a doggo, big family, and terrible time management.
